Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all sales concluded through the Suphia Collection website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website offers online sales of clothing and accessories intended for individuals acting for personal purposes.

Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest care.

Photographs and visuals are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur depending on screen settings.

Products are offered subject to availability.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes.

Suphia Collection benefits from the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses.

VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

An order is confirmed after:

Product selection
Cart confirmation
Payment validation

A confirmation email is automatically sent.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit or debit card
PayPal
Any other payment method available on the Website

Payments are securely processed via the Shopify platform.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Order preparation time is [2 to 4] business days.

Delivery times depend on the selected carrier.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
With tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error made by the Seller.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned items are received.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from:

The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code)
The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code)

Article 9 – Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of:

Improper use of the product
Indirect damages

The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing.

In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

The privacy policy is available on the Website.

Article 11 – Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to resolve disputes amicably.
