Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern all purchases made through the Suphia Collection website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The Website offers clothing and accessories for sale exclusively to private individuals purchasing for personal use.

By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

Article 2 – Products

Our products are described and presented with the utmost care.

Product photographs and images are as accurate as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

All products are offered subject to availability.

Article 3 – Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

Suphia Collection operates under the French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses.

VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

The prices applicable are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the following steps have been completed:

  • Selection of products;

  • Confirmation of the shopping basket;

  • Successful payment.

An order confirmation email will be sent automatically.

Suphia Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit or debit card;

  • PayPal;

  • Any other payment method offered on the Website.

Payments are processed securely through the Shopify platform.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected.

Suphia Collection cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • unworn;

  • unwashed;

  • in their original condition;

  • returned with all original tags attached.

Any item returned incomplete, worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund.

Unless the return is due to an error on the part of Suphia Collection, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If an order included a complimentary gift as part of a promotional offer, the gift must also be returned if, following a partial or full return, the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion. If the complimentary gift is not returned, Suphia Collection reserves the right to deduct its value from the refund.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact our Customer Service team at business@suphiacollection.com or complete our Withdrawal Form within 14 days of receiving their order, quoting their order number.

Once the request has been received, Suphia Collection will provide the return address together with any instructions required to complete the return.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment using the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Suphia Collection cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.

The returned parcel must be dispatched within 14 days of the return request being accepted.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the returned items have been received and inspected by Suphia Collection.

Article 8 – Statutory Guarantees

All products sold benefit from the statutory legal guarantees provided under French law, including:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity;

  • the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at business@suphiacollection.com, enclosing photographs showing the defect.

Once the claim has been approved by Suphia Collection, you may be asked to return the product before any repair, replacement or refund is issued.

Exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

Where a replacement is not possible, Suphia Collection may offer either a refund or a store credit.

The returned product must be dispatched within a reasonable period following receipt of the return instructions provided by Suphia Collection.

Article 9 – Liability

Suphia Collection shall not be liable for:

  • improper use of the products;

  • normal wear and tear;

  • indirect or consequential damages.

In all cases, Suphia Collection's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the relevant order.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The personal information collected is necessary for processing orders.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the right to access, rectify and erase their personal data.

Article 11 – Consumer Mediation

In accordance with French consumer law, customers may refer any unresolved dispute to an approved consumer mediation service before taking legal action.

The contact details of the competent mediator are available upon request or in the relevant section of the Website.

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before commencing legal proceedings.
